Your video never leaves your machine.
Every Zendo perception model runs on-device. Cameras feed your workstation, inference happens locally on the GPU you already have, and the only thing that ever leaves your machine is the motion data you choose to stream or export.

The parties Zendo talks to.
A short list. If we add or change a subprocessor, we'll update this page.
| Provider | Purpose | Data sent | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sentry | Crash diagnostics | Stack traces, app version, OS, GPU. No video, no motion data. | EU |
| PostHog | Product analytics | Anonymised UI events and feature usage. No content, no media. | EU |
| Cryptlex | License activation · revalidation every 30 days | License key, machine fingerprint, app version. | EU |
One toggle away from off.
Diagnostics and analytics are on by default so we can fix bugs and prioritise features. Switch either off at any time and nothing else about Zendo changes.
Turn off diagnostics
Settings → Privacy. Disables Sentry. Bugs become harder for us to fix, but it's your call.
Turn off analytics
Settings → Privacy. Disables PostHog. Zendo continues to work; we just stop seeing aggregate usage.
Run fully offline
Once activated, Zendo runs without network access. License revalidation happens on the next launch with connectivity, at most every 30 days.
